These terms apply to everyone who visits aurevaxskincare.com or orders from AUREVA (“we”, “us”), an online beauty store based in Khilket, Dhaka, Bangladesh. When you place an order, you agree to these terms.

Please read them together with our privacy policy and our refund and return policy.

• You can shop as a guest or create a free account with your name, mobile number and email address.
• Give accurate details. We use your mobile number and address to deliver your orders.
• Keep your password private. You are responsible for orders placed from your account.
• We may suspend accounts used for fraud, abuse of offers or repeated refusal of cash-on-delivery orders.

We describe each product as accurately as we can, using the information provided by the brand and on the packaging. Photos are for illustration: brands sometimes change their packaging, so the item you receive may look slightly different.

Always read the label of the product you receive. The ingredients, directions and warnings on the pack take priority over the information on our website.

The cosmetics and supplements we sell are not medicines, and nothing on our website is medical advice. Results vary from person to person, and no cosmetic can guarantee permanent whitening, hair growth or weight loss.

• Patch-test new skincare on a small area of skin before regular use.
• Stop using any product that causes redness, burning, itching or swelling.
• Talk to a doctor before using supplements or active skincare if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, take medication, have a medical condition, or are buying for a child.
• Keep products out of the reach of children and store them as the label directs.

All prices are in Bangladeshi taka (৳). Delivery costs ৳60 per order and is free on orders of ৳1,500 or more. The price you pay is the one shown at checkout when you place your order. If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price, we will contact you before dispatch and you can choose to continue at the correct price or cancel.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order number on screen confirms we have received it, and the contract is made when we confirm the order. Our team may call you to verify the order before dispatch.

We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock, the delivery details can't be verified, or we suspect fraud. If that happens, we will tell you and refund anything you have paid.

You can pay by cash on delivery anywhere in Bangladesh, or choose bKash or Nagad at checkout. For cash on delivery, please have the exact amount ready when the rider arrives. Ownership of the products passes to you once they are paid for and delivered.

We deliver to every district in Bangladesh. Delivery times shown on our website, such as 1–2 days inside Dhaka, are estimates and can be affected by holidays, weather and courier delays. Please make sure someone is available on the mobile number you give us. See our FAQs for delivery times by area.

You can cancel an order while it is Pending or Confirmed. Damaged, defective, wrong or expired products can be returned within 7 days of delivery. The full rules are in our refund and return policy.

Account holders collect beauty points. You earn 5 points for every ৳1,000 you spend, 50 points when you create an account and 20 points for each product review we publish. Every 1000 points take ৳50 off your order at checkout (up to 50% of the product total). Points have no cash value and can't be transferred or sold. We may change or end the programme and will update this page if we do.

Reviews must be honest and based on your own experience of the product. We may remove reviews that are offensive, misleading, contain personal information or advertise other businesses. By posting a review, you allow us to show it on our website.

The AUREVA name, logo, website design and our own text and photos belong to us. Brand names and product images belong to their owners. Please don't copy our content for commercial use without written permission.

We are responsible for delivering the products you order as described. We are not responsible for losses caused by using a product against its directions or warnings, or for delays outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the laws of Bangladesh.

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and disputes will be handled by the courts of Dhaka. We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and the version in force when you placed your order applies to that order.
